• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

INDYXQUANT Pro provides:

• Portfolio Management — Track holdings, transactions, and performance across multiple portfolios
• Market Data — Real-time and historical quotes from third-party data providers
• Analytics — Advanced insights, fundamental analysis, technical indicators, and risk assessment
• Dividend Tools — Safety scoring, growth forecasting, calendar tracking, and DRIP analysis
• Risk Tools — Monte Carlo simulations, backtesting, stress testing, and VaR analysis

We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. The analytics, generated insights, and data presented on the platform are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision.

While we strive to provide accurate market data and analytics, we rely on premium institutional data feeds and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

Generated insights are based on quantitative models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should independently verify all information before making financial decisions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape data, overload servers, or circumvent rate limits
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
• Redistribute market data obtained through the Service in violation of data provider terms
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in insider trading

The INDYXQUANT Pro platform, including its design, code, analytics algorithms, proprietary models, and branding, is our proprietary intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial investment analysis.

Your portfolio data and personal information remain your property. We claim no ownership over your investment data.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INDYXQUANT Pro and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any investment losses or financial damages resulting from use of the Service
• Service interruptions, data loss, or system failures
• Inaccuracies in market data, analytics, or generated insights
• Actions taken by third-party service providers
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
